We offer free delivery and setup to most areas throughout Eastern North Carolina. Visit with your sales representative to verify you are located within our free delivery area.
Our “free” setup includes us setting the building in the area you have prepared and leveling the building up to one
cinder block high with blocks you provide. Blocks are optional as our buildings are designed to rest directly on their skids. To level the building, we use treated wood blocks.
Special setup requirements and tying down of the building will incur extra fees. Please notify sales representative or delivery company prior to shed delivery.
Buyers are responsible for contacting your local city and county agencies regarding zoning, permits, setbacks, and covenants. Also, it is recommended that you contact your
Homeowners Association (if applicable) to determine what neighborhood rules and regulations may be applicable.
Our delivery times are 4-5 weeks from time of order on all new custom build sheds. If you purchase a storage shed from our lot inventory, we can usually deliver to your property within 7 business days.
